PROCESSING TIME

We ship worldwide from Kaunas, Lithuania within 3 business days upon confirmation of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the shipment is processed. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic delivery €5 and an international delivery is €8.9.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

It usually takes up to 7 days for your parcel to reach you, however, small delays may occur on international orders.

TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES

International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that Estete is not responsible for. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

This return policy applies to all purchases made in the ESTETE STUDIO online store.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the product.

You also have the right to withdraw from the contract before receiving the goods.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (via email) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.

3. RETURN OF GOODS

After withdrawing from the contract, you must send the goods back within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, where reasonably possible.

4. REFUND

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the product and standard delivery costs (if applicable).

Refunds will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. RETURN COSTS

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated or if the item is defective or incorrect.

6. EXCEPTIONS

Certain goods may be non-returnable where legally permitted (e.g. custom-made products), and this will be clearly indicated on the product page if applicable.

7. CUSTOMER OPTION

We may offer alternatives such as exchange or store credit, but these are optional and not mandatory. You always retain the right to choose a monetary refund.
